reduce noise. The timber planks are then acclimated to the
room’s temperature and humidity to prevent expansion or
contraction post-installation.

Precision is key: planks are laid out in a pattern, starting from
the center or a straight edge, and secured or connected
according to the chosen method. Spacers are used to maintain
expansion gaps along the edges to accommodate natural wood
movement.

Once installed, the timber floor is finished with sanding,
staining, and sealing, creating a smooth, protective layer that
highlights the wood’s natural beauty and ensures durability.
